Marion County Fair Sponsorship

The Marion County Agricultural Society is a non-profit organization whose sole purpose is to promote junior fair activities and agricultural education and manage, maintain and improve the Marion County Fairgrounds. An investment in our fair is an investment in our community. We continue to strive towards our goal of providing entertainment, fun and educational opportunities for people of all ages.

We have outlined different sponsorship opportunities for the upcoming fair.

Team Medal Sponsorship Packages

Platinum Plus Event Sponsor

            Banner displayed at designated event and all other events.

            VIP grandstand seating – up to 10 seats maximum for sponsored event.

            30 – one day passes

            10 – season week passes

            10 – grandstand passes for sponsored event

            ¼ page add in Fair Premium Book (March 30 deadline for submitting)

            Event recognition on radio and printed material

            4’ x 8’ coraplast sign

            10’ Merchants Building booth space for the week

Gold Package Day Sponsor

            Banner displayed at three entrance gates on sponsored day.

            20 – one day passes

            6 – season week passes

            6 – grandstand passes for sponsored day

            ¼ page ad in the Fair Premium Book (March 30 deadline for submitting)

            6 – 30 second announcements for radio remote / fair  P.A. / event P.A. The

            client must prepare the ad.

            4’ x 8’ coraplast sign

            10’ Merchants Building booth space for the week

Silver Package Sponsor

            10 – one day passes

            4 – season week passes

            2’ x 8’ coraplast signs

            4 – 30 second announcements during the fair and on the radio remote. The    

            client must prepare the ad.

Bronze Package Sponsor

            2 – season week passes

            2’ x 4’ coraplast sign

            2 – 30 second announcements during the fair and on the radio remote. The

            client must prepare the ad.

                                                                        Sponsorship  $400.00
