Opens on Thanksgiving 

The Marion County Fairgrounds Drive-thru light display is now open for its 14th season. and runs through December 27th.   Millions of lights illuminate the fairgrounds for a spectacular animated display.   Closed on Monday and Tuesday except the week of Christmas when it will be open Monday - Tuesday till 9PM.  Currently open Wednesday and Thursday till 9PM and Friday, Saturday, Sunday till 10PM.

The live nativity will be presented every Sat..and Sun. until Christmas

On December 11th, & 12th, the Veterans Memorial Coliseum, located on the fairgrounds, will be open for entertainment and a craft show.  Exhibitors will sell gift items and baked goods.  In addition to the entertainment and crafts, the Marion County Fair Board will sponsor free kids games and prizes.  The 11 Meter Club will host shopping at Santa’s Workshop for elementary aged students.    

The cost is $6.00 per car, small buses $20 and tour buses $35.  The event will be closed on Monday and Tuesday except for the week of Christmas.
